Incoming Student Boot Camps
Each year, Princeton BCF hosts several bootcamps for all incoming Master in Finance students prior to the start of the Fall semester.
These bootcamps are designed to prepare students for the rigors of coursework, as well as build a strong foundation for career development and eventual job placement.
In addition, BCF will host several team-building sessions prior to the start of the semester, to provide the opportunity for students to get acquainted.
Master in Finance students starting in the Fall of 2024 should plan to arrive no later than Sunday, August 18. Graduate Student housing will allow for our students to move in as early as Friday, August 16. This timing ensures that all incoming students will be ready to participate in both Math Camp and Career Bootcamp.
Quant & Math Camps
Quant Camp
Quant camp for incoming students takes place in June. This intensive pre-work is designed to familiarize students with the critical components of the Quant interview process. These sessions are scheduled for the four Saturdays in June and are held via Zoom.
We have decided to partner with QuantFinancePrep to further enrich this part of our pre-program offerings.
Math Camp
The purpose of Math Camp is to enrich students’ finance mathematics background in preparation for the mathematical rigors of the Master in Finance program coursework. The 2024 Math Camp is scheduled for August 19 through August 30.
Career Boot Camp
Career Boot Camp 2024 will be held on several afternoons during the weeks of Math Camp immediately following the day’s Math Camp agenda. At that time, students will have the opportunity to meet with top firms in the field of finance.
