APPLICANT STATS
The Master in Finance program at Princeton University has been highly competitive since its
inception. Our marketing efforts continue to generate a high number of applications and an
increasingly diverse pool of students. The number of countries represented has grown, with
potential students from 75 countries applying to the program this year. The incoming cohort
for the Fall 2026 program, consisting of 40 students from 14 countries who majored in
disciplines from math and finance to physics and engineering, represents our most diverse
cohort to date. We hope to continue this trajectory to serve a growing and increasingly global
group of applicants.
